Creative Kids: Last minute Easter Crafts and a Passover Link

Easter 7

This was a simple craft that holds quite a visual punch when the light shines through.  I cut the shape of an egg out of construction paper and covered it with contact paper to prep this art for the kids.  Then I let the kids go to town with sequins first and afterwards had them cover it all with tissue paper.  Done!Easter 6

For the next craft we took the egg shapes from the middle of the previous cut sheets and decorated them.  All you need is some felts, some stickers, and some fun things to glue on.

We saved the goopiest for last so we did it in this order: felts, stickers, and then glue fun stuff on.

Hoppy Easter to all!

For my Passover friends: here are some cute Passover crafts: http://www.popsugar.com/moms/Passover-Crafts-Kids-28726633#photo-28726660  My fave is the felt seder plate – such a cute idea!
